DIY: Cupcake Centerpiece

DIY part deux. I've seen this centerpiece floating around blogland and knew that it was exactly what I needed for Haley's party

This is another quick and super easy DIY tutorial.

Items Needed
alt text Zig-Zag container from the container store here $1.00
Floral foam for pot $1.00 (from the Dollar Tree)
Candle $1.00 (from the Dollar Tree)
Flower (prices vary, but you can get them for $1.00 at, where else the Dollar Tree)
Ribbon
Hot Glue

I cut the foam sides down to fit into the cupcake container and then I pushed the candle down in the middle to make the impression and then took it out. I just needed it there as a guide for me when I started to glue in the flowers. I then pulled off the flowers from the stem and hot glued them around the pot. Added a ribbon and viola - a flower pot cupcake centerpiece Love it!
