BIO

I’m Laura.  I’m an artist turned mother to two beautiful little girls, dabbling in homesteading with my husband John.  We enjoy making of all sorts:  sewing, painting, gardening, cooking, drawing, knitting, and many other side trips besides.  I love to figure it out as I go, and we relish the process of making the stuff of life with our own hands.  Our family’s next big project will be to build our own home on our land!  We hope to building a home that leaves a positive impact on the land, and gradually develop a small sustainable farm.
