nutri-physical nutritional analysis

nutri-physical nutritional analysis

Identifying areas of nutrition where you need extra supplementation is a difficult task.

Harder still is wading through the vast assortment of vitamins and minerals that claim to correct those deficiencies.

The Nutri-Physical Nutritional Analysis is a free, advanced online questionnaire that recommends customized nutritional supplementation programs designed to meet your unique needs.

The Nutri-Physical asks lifestyle and behavior questions, identifying areas of improvement in weight management, diet and exercise, cardiovascular health, stress reduction, blood sugar maintenance, digestive health, immune health, bone and joint health, sensory health, cognitive health, anti-aging and sports nutrition.

Matt and I took our first Nutri-Physical over two years ago; this tool started us on our wellness journey and has helped improve our quality of life.

I just had to include this picture; one of my all-time-favorite, debonair, Mr. Powers photos.

Also blogged here.
