1/2 Cup your favorite flavor of Breyers no sugar added ice cream (80 Calories, 1 Weight Watchers point)
One 3.5 oz Fat Free Jello Snack Pack pudding cup, chocolate fudge flavor (80 calories, 2 WW points)
Transfer pudding to a microwaveable dish.
Melt pudding in the microwave and pour over ice cream.
Wa-la- Hot Fudge Sundae that is only 160 calories or 3 WW points.
If you use half a pudding cup per sundae it drops to 100 calories or 2 WW points.
This type of treat is not usually eaten to fulfill hunger. It is obviously to satisfy a craving, so savor every bite.

i’m going to have to try this. ice cream is a major weakness. fudge pudding sounds delicious!
