Their food sensory perception has increased during the teenage years to crazy monumental porportions and like a bunch of locusts, they can devour everything in sight. It’s always a good idea to have plenty of food on hand for one of these “raids.” This is one of our favorites that the kids can quickly heat up and snack on all week.

Ingredients
2 pounds of ground hamburger meat
1 package of Lipton Onion Soup MIx
1 package of Pepperidge Farm or King’s Hawaiian mini buns toasted (you can easily throw these in the toaster)
**Fixins: Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, Cheese, etc.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and lipton onion soup mix. You’ll need to mix this up by hand and trust me you’ll want to soap and water on hand for when you are finished. Roll into small round balls, these should fit in the center of your palm, and pat down flat (flattened they should be the whole size of your palm and not touch your fingers.) Once the patties are ready throw them on the griddle. Because these are so small they are going to cook fast. Pull them off the griddle and onto a papertowel lined plate and stand back the stampade is on it’s way - Enjoy
yum!!! these sound great, I am going to have to try them. and my boys will probably think they are way fun because they are little!
