A picture is worth a thousand words (ok maybe 2) ![]()
Today flew by. I feel like I still have a million and one things left to do - oh well there's always tomorrow ![]()
Seriously, I really do need your help. As you know I am a bit, we'll call it frugal and while I was at Goodwill (love, love, love Goodwill,) I picked up some great dresses for Andie. I love the pink one (top pic - she hates this one says it makes her look "old") and the halter palm tree dress and she loves the gray Charlotte Russo dress - My wonderful, awesome, protective hubby thinks that the gray dress isn't appropriate for a girl her age.
It seems as if it's been raining non-stop here the last week. The grass needs the rain, my electric bill needs the rain (hehe) but I would like to see the sun for more than a few minutes. The rain did stop long enough for me (really Heiko) to grab some quick shots of Haley in the grass for the first time
Wow, I can't believe how long its been since I've posted (uggh.) I've been so busy with my new job, Billy's graduation, Andie's birthday, my family reunion ( the list goes on and on haha.) However, things are starting to settle back down into a routine (yay!) So for my first post back I gathered a bunch of freebies floating in blog land and brought them all back here for you to enjoy.
Join me in whispering a thousand graces. The Gratitude Community. 1. Flakes slip softly from heaven and I'm reminded, "Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow" (Psalm 51:7). 2. Little girl stumbles out of bed, bare feet skim the floor as she dances across her room and into mine. I fold her into my arms and breathe in a new day.
I am so proud of Billy, William, Will, Bill - regardless what everyone calls him he will still be My Billy.
His graduation was at the Amphitheater and to say it was hot and muggy is an understatement. By the time it was Billy's turns to graduate it was so dark we could hardly see him cross the stage :(
Sometimes I wonder how I got to be so lucky ![]()
Sometimes when you change your job it's not about the money
I've always loved Sandra Bullock but now I love her more. I wanted to be her in A Time To Kill because of her oh so hunky co-star and laughed until my sides hurt at her comedies like Miss Congeniality.
