it’s the little things that matter..
It’s the little things that you do in a marriage that makes you best friends and strengthen your bond. Those little things are the stitches between you and your spouse and they are more important than you will ever realize.
Last night my DH (darling husband) brought me home a card.
On the front of the card it said - I thought about you today, it had the cutest little bear holding a flower on it and on the inside it said ...and I liked it so much, I’m going to do it again tomorrow! - Love you always and forever 
He does little things that like that for me out of the blue all the time. Which always fills my heart up and makes me feel special. So as you can tell I am in a really good mood this morning and wanted to pass along some to you.

sounds like you 2 are perfectly matched. you 2 are so lucky. Of course I feel the same way and for very similar reasons. It’s the little things that keep a marriage strong. I feel pretty lucky myself. Actually someone walked up just as I was finishing a phone call to Marty and after I got off the phone she asked “how long have you two been married”, I replied “33 years next month”, she said that was the “sweetest phone call” she had ever heard and how lucky I was to still be so in love. how very sweet! it’s so refreshing to see couples who are still “making it work”. you wouldn’t believe all the marriages i see failing all around me. then again maybe you would.
