so yesterday was interesting

Did you know that we had a funnel cloud - aka a tornado, in Florida yesterday by me?  I didn’t either, until I got home saw the news and checked my pictures.  Yep, I was right there in the middle of it, but I wanted to capture some really cool lightening pictures for my picture of the day (didn’t get any.) However, I did catch this.  The funny thing was I didn’t even know it at the time.  While I was (cough, cough) driving, I held my arm up and started snapping pictures - I figured the law of averages had to apply and I’d be able to catch a fabulous lightening (no go, got some lightening pics but nothing great) shot.  So I was driving down the street (watching the road in front of me) taking pictures w/my arm held out to the side snapping my picture button on my iphone.  Before I knew it, I had to pull over because it had started to HAIL (seriously, it was hailing) and the wind was blowing me all over the road.  I had to wait 15 minutes before the weather was ok for me to drive back home.  Later that night (last night,) when I had some time to spare (hahaha) I went through my iphone pictures and found these and thought you’d like to see as well. No wonder those people on the road were honking like crazy - LOL I thought I had a tail light out or something. Oh well, I think I’ll use one of these as my photo of the day for yesterday.
