today flew by
Today flew by. I feel like I still have a million and one things left to do - oh well there’s always tomorrow 
Andie has been cracking me up today. She swears she’s funny and I’m the only one in the whole world who doesn’t see it (hehe - gotta keep her on her toes.) We popped over to Goodwill to see if they had anything cool before they closed. There wasn’t much but I was able to get a cute basket which I’m thinking of painting white and then shabbying it up a bit - I think it’ll make a cute toy basket. Of course Andie found a real cute sweater that she had to have - No picture because she ran to her room w/it as soon as we got home (fastest I ever saw her put something up - haha.)
Haley’s first birthday is coming up and I’m working on some ideas and decorations. I’ve wanted to make a birthday flag banner for awhile now one that I can use over and over again and I’m currently working on that. I got some great shirts at Goodwill (where else) and have been cutting them up to make the banners. As soon as I get it done I’ll post a picture for ya. I also saw this super cute tablecloth made out of bandanna’s from aesthetic nest and knew I had to have it for the party as well. Another project on my To Do list. I LOVE blog land.
Plus, yesterday at Goodwill I got some cute mini Adirondack chairs and some cute stands that I’ll use on the food table for Haley’s birthday.
The chairs were bright yellow and green (uggh) and the stands I’m sure at one time had bowls that sat in there. Even w/out the bowls when I saw them I knew they’d be great cake stands and had to have them - I started painting those yesterday too.
All in all a good start for the birthday party.
