what i am learning
I am 38, a wife, a mother of 3 and a grandmother to 1. I don’t know if I am getting smarter w/age or not but the one thing I am learning about life is, it doesn’t come to you. You’ve got to go ... to ... it. -
I was young when I started my family - I never learned who I was and before I knew it It seems that I was defined by my roles of wife and mother. As my children grow and get ready to step out into the world on their own I feel as if I too am waking from a great slumber and getting ready to step out into the world on my own, for the first time as well. The door of life is opening up for me again and I am stepping through - I don’t know where I am going and I don’t know what I am doing but I love it . I want to try everything that life has to offer. If this is a mid life crisis don’t tell me because I am LOVING it.
